Muria began with our mom's signature pepper preserve; a recipe inspired by generations before her, quietly making its way onto every cheese board, sandwich, and dinner table it could find. Friends kept asking for jars. We finally listened. Today, we're preserving that tradition; and discovering new ones from around the world, one jar at a time.

What is a pepper preserve? +
A spoonable jelly like sauce made from real peppers, chilis, and fruit. Sweet up front, a slow warmth at the end — somewhere between a jelly, a chutney, and a hot honey.
How spicy are ther preserves? +
Varies based on product but all of our preserves have a sweet heat flavor. Pepper No. 1 heat sits at about a 3 out of 5 — noticeable but friendly. Pepper No. 8 heat sits at about a 4 out of 5 — more of a kick but the natural sugars from the mango create harmony.
Is it healthy? +
Better-for-you, yes. Real ingredients, no seed oils, no artificial colors, lower-calorie than most jams.
What do I put it on? +
Literally everything! Cheese boards, glazed salmon, burgers, cream cheese & crackers, vanilla ice cream, cocktails, or a spoon at midnight.
Does it need refrigeration? +
Refrigerate after opening. Sealed jars keep in the pantry for up-to 24 months.
