Refunds and Replacements
Refunds are only available for items purchased directly through the Muria Foods website. Purchases made through retailers, distributors, or third-party sellers (including third-party Amazon retailers) are not eligible for refunds.
For products purchased from retailers or third-party sellers, we are happy to offer a replacement in the form of a shipped replacement product or a coupon for future purchases, provided proof of purchase is submitted.
We are committed to ensuring a delightful experience with Muria Foods. If you receive a product that is damaged or expired, please contact us with proof of the issue, and we will provide a full product replacement.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns cannot be accepted, even if the items are unopened. We value your health and safety and cannot reuse or resell returned food items under any circumstances.
