- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

- Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping is available for most orders. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $40 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping generally delivers within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Delivery times may vary based on shipping carrier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- The contiguous United States.
- Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories (may incur additional shipping charges).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shyela.malani@muriafoods.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging for a replacement.
- For lost shipments, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at shyela.malani@muriafoods.com.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order if it has already been processed.
